Simple Scallops Supreme Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Scallops |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tarragon |
4 oz | 113g | Canned mushrooms |
Bread crumbs - (topping) | ||
1 | Cream mushroom soup - (10 oz) | |
Grated cheese - (topping) | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sherry |
Combine all ingredients except toppings, cutting large scallops in half, and place on individual baking shells or a shallow rectangular casserole dish.
Sprinkle with medium layers of bread crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
