Simple Scallops Supreme

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozScallops
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlTarragon
4 oz 113gCanned mushrooms
  Bread crumbs - (topping)
1   Cream mushroom soup - (10 oz)
  Grated cheese - (topping)
1/4 cup 59mlSherry

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except toppings, cutting large scallops in half, and place on individual baking shells or a shallow rectangular casserole dish.

Sprinkle with medium layers of bread crumbs and grated cheese.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
