Recipe Ingredients

4   Whole wheat bread - cubed
4 oz 113gTurkey ham - (abt 4 slices) - sliced thin strips
2 oz 56gReduced-fat cheddar cheese - shredded
1 cup 198g / 7ozFat-free egg substitute
2 cups 474mlSkim milk
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlPowdered mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCurry powder

Recipe Instructions

Coat a 9-inch-square nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the bread cubes over the bottom of the pan. Layer with the turkey ham and cheddar.

In a medium bowl, beat the egg substitute, milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and curry; pour over the cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until the eggs are set, about 30 minutes.
