Shrimp - shelled and deveined, chilled | ||
Celery - sliced | ||
California walnuts - chopped (optional) | ||
Stuffed olives - sliced | ||
French dressing | ||
Mayonnaise | ||
Onion - - minced | ||
Lettuce leaves - (for presentation) |
Begin 1 hour ahead. Into large bowl, cut shrimp in half lengthwise. Add all ingredients, except lettuce leaves; toss to mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaves.
Serving Ideas : Serve on lettuce leaves.
