Shrimp Salad

Serves: 4 people

Recipe Ingredients

  Shrimp - shelled and deveined, chilled
  Celery - sliced
  California walnuts - chopped (optional)
  Stuffed olives - sliced
  French dressing
  Mayonnaise
  Onion - - minced
  Lettuce leaves - (for presentation)

Recipe Instructions

Begin 1 hour ahead. Into large bowl, cut shrimp in half lengthwise. Add all ingredients, except lettuce leaves; toss to mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Serving Ideas : Serve on lettuce leaves.
