Shrimp Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Crescent rolls - (8 oz.) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parmesan cheese - (or more) |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Monterey Jack cheese - cubed |
2 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 | Shrimp - (4 1/2 oz.) | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Green onions - chopped or |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Parsley - chopped |
Place 5 dinner rolls in pie pan. Press out in pan to form thin crust. Combine remaining ingredients, pour into crust. Roll out remaining rolls, cut into strips, twist for lattice and place on top.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 325F.
NOTE: For Ham Quiche, substitute 2 c. Swiss cheese and 8 or 9 oz. of either deviled ham or 1/2 c. of chopped, cooked ham.
