3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Chopped raw shrimp |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Crabmeat - cooked |
1 | Egg | |
2 | Dry bread | |
1 | Cayenne pepper or to taste | |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery, chopped |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion, chopped |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bell pepper, chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Cornmeal |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Pancake mix |
Mix all ingredients together.
Mix about 1 cup corn meal with 1/2 cup pancake mix.
Pick up small handful and squeeze into 2 1/2" roll.
Coat shrimp patty in corn meal and fry in deep fat.
