Seafood Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Pasta - tri-colored spiral |
1 cup | 237ml | Shrimp - cooked |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Green pepper - diced |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Carrots - sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Zucchini - sliced |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Worcestershire |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, shrimp or tuna, bell pepper, carrots and zucchini.
Add Worcestershire, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and toss lightly to combine.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
