6 oz | 170g | Flaked imitation crabmeat |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cream cheese - softened |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Sliced green onions |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bread crumbs |
Crackers - celery sticks and other raw | ||
Vegetables |
In a bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9" pie plate.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Cover and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until bubbly. uncover and bake for 5 minutes more.
Serve with crackers, celery sticks or other raw vegetables.
