Scandinavian Salmon Souffle

Recipe Ingredients

1   Whole-wheat bread
1/4 cup 59mlDrained - flaked canned
  Salmon
1   Egg - beaten
1/2 cup 118mlEvaporated skim milk
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped onion
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped celery
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped parsley
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlWorcestershire sauce

Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F Coat small souffle dish with non-stick spray.

2. In bowl, break bread into small pieces.

3. Mix in remaining ingredients.

4. Pour mixture into prepared souffle dish.

5. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
