6 1/2 oz | 184g | Drained shrimp |
6 1/2 oz | 184g | Drained tuna |
2 oz | 56g | Hard cooked eggs (large) |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Uncooked minute rice |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Miracle whip |
10 1/2 oz | 298g | Cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
Parsley | ||
Green pepper | ||
Slivered almonds | ||
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chopped celery |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dry sherry |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Dry bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except eggs, crumbs and butter.
Add the eggs.
Stir in carefully.
Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle on top and bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
