Turkey Wrap With Chutney

Recipe Ingredients

1   Whole wheat tortilla - (8" to 10" dia)
3 oz 85gTurkey meat - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlChutney
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozDiced red, green and yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup 59mlShredded lettuce
1 tablespoon 15mlSlivered almonds

Recipe Instructions

Heat tortilla by placing between moist towels in an oven set to "warm." Mix the turkey, chutney, and bell pepper. Remove tortilla from oven. Spread turkey mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and shredded lettuce. Fold opposite ends of the wrapper towards the center over the filling. Roll up the open end toward the opposite edge. Serve immediately.
