Turkey Wrap With Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Whole wheat tortilla - (8" to 10" dia) | |
3 oz | 85g | Turkey meat - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chutney |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Diced red, green and yellow bell pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Shredded lettuce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Slivered almonds |
Heat tortilla by placing between moist towels in an oven set to "warm." Mix the turkey, chutney, and bell pepper. Remove tortilla from oven. Spread turkey mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and shredded lettuce. Fold opposite ends of the wrapper towards the center over the filling. Roll up the open end toward the opposite edge. Serve immediately.
