Sauteed Scallops With Feta Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Onion (large) | |
1 1/2 | Bell peppers | |
2 oz | 56g | Butter |
16 oz | 454g | Lg. Sea scallops |
2 | Jalapeno peppers - slice | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mozzarella |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Feta cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine |
1 | Garlic - to taste | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Chili powder - to taste |
Saute onion, bell peppers, jalapenos and sea scallops in butter until soft.
Add 1/2 cup of white wine and steam.
Cover for 45 seconds. Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta.
Add pinches of garlic, salt and chili powder and let simmer until cheeses melt. Serve over rice.
