Salmon Steaks Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine vinegar |
| 2 | Oranges - juiced | |
| 2 | Limes - juiced | |
| 4 | Garlic - sliced | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Fresh cilantro - chopped |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 4 | Salmon steaks - 8 ounces each |
Combine vinegar, orange and lime juices and garlic in mixing bowl.
Whisk in the olive oil, cilantro and salt and pepper.
Place salmon steaks in shallow non-reactive container and pour the vinaigrette over the salmon; marinate for 60 minutes, turning once.
Preheat broiler and broil steaks until cooked through, approximately 5 minutes per side. Serve with 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette drizzled over each steak.
