Salmon Cakes Or Muffins Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Can salmon - flaked | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco or dash or cayenne - pepper |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Cracker meal |
2 | Egg whites | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Shape into patties and place on a greased baking sheet or portion into greased muffin cups.
3. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes
