Salmon Cakes Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Salmon |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Soft bread crumbs |
2 | Well beaten eggs. | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
Mix thoroughly.
Chill.
Shape and fry in deep fat at 365F of fry in 1/2 inch hot of oil in a frying pan.
