Rainbow Trout With Herb Stuffing

Recipe Ingredients

6   Dressed trout
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozSliced onions
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozParsley - chopped
1 cup 237mlFresh bread cubes
3 tablespoons 45mlPimento - chopped
2/3 cup 131g / 4.6ozButter or oleo
3 teaspoons 15mlLemon juice
1   Mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMarjoram

Recipe Instructions

Sprinkled salt over inside and outside of trout. Saute bread in 1/4 cup butter until brown. Stir often. Add onions and mushrooms.

Cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, marjoram and dash of salt.

Mix and stuff fish with mixture.

Place in greased baking dish and bake ate 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
