Rainbow Trout With Herb Stuffing Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Sliced onions |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parsley - chopped |
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh bread cubes |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Pimento - chopped |
2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Butter or oleo |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Mushrooms | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Marjoram |
Sprinkled salt over inside and outside of trout. Saute bread in 1/4 cup butter until brown. Stir often. Add onions and mushrooms.
Cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, marjoram and dash of salt.
Mix and stuff fish with mixture.
Place in greased baking dish and bake ate 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
