4 cups | 948ml | Vanilla ice milk |
Club soda or seltzer | ||

Separate peaches from their syrup. Place into a small bowl and mash them. Distribute evenly into four 12-ounce glasses. Add 2 tablespoons of syrup to each glass. Add 1 cup of ice milk to each glass. Pour soda or seltzer into glasses and stir. Top each with 2 tablespoons of light whipped topping and dust with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
