1 | Celery - sliced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Peppercorns |
4 | Salmon steaks - (4 oz) |
Horseradish Sauce Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Add salmon steaks; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat; let stand 8 minutes. Remove salmon steaks to serving plate; serve with Horseradish Sauce.
