Oven Poached Salmon Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sherry - vermouth, or wine |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Butter |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dill |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Salmon filets. |
Spray a piece of foil with Pam.
Place Salmon on center. Add lemon juice, and sherry.
Bake 350F 10 minutes Open and add butter and dill.
Close and bake 10 minutes more.
