5   Garlic cloves - chopped
30   Cumin
30   Olive oil
15   Dried pepper flakes
30   Cilantro - chopped
1/2   Lemon - juice of
1/2   Filets of red snapper

Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 175 cup.

2. Mix garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper flakes, cilantro, and lemon juice.

3. Put the filets in a shallow baking dish and spread this paste over them.

4. Bake at 175 cup for 5 to 10 minutes.
