Mock Crawfish Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Red snapper fillets |

1 | Onion sliced (small) | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped fine |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrot - grated (large) |
2 | Water | |
1 | Onion minced (small) | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Chili sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
Bring water to boil in large kettle. Add red snapper, lemon, sliced onion, salt, and pepper. Continue to boil for 20 minutes Drain fish; cool and flake.
Toss fish with minced onion, celery, carrot, chili sauce, and mayonnaise. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Chill overnight.
