1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Smoked salmon |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Smoked mackerel fillets |
8 oz | 227g | Light cream cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Horseradish |
Fresh ground pepper |
Remove skin and bones from smoked mackerel.
Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Package for refrigerator.
