Mersey Point Salmon Pate

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 lb 113g / 4ozSmoked salmon
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSmoked mackerel fillets
8 oz 227gLight cream cheese
2 teaspoons 10mlLemon juice
1 teaspoon 5mlHorseradish
  Fresh ground pepper

Recipe Instructions

Remove skin and bones from smoked mackerel.

Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Package for refrigerator.
