Maine Tangy Lobster Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Lobster meat |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - pepper to taste |
Place all ingredients, except lobster, in top part of double boiler.
Melt over hot water; stir to blend well.
Cut lobster in small pieces; add to mixture and cook 6 minutes.
Serve on toast with lemon wedges.
