Lobster-Shrimp Chowder Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Chopped celery |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
1 | Condensed cream of shrimp soup - undiluted | |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup - undiluted | |
1 | Soup can milk | |
1 cup | 237ml | Half and half |
1 | Lobster | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry sherry |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Snipped parsley |
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add soups, milk, and cream. Stir in lobster, sherry, and parsley. Heat until very hot. Do not boil.
