Lobster Pate Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry white wine |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Seasoned salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dill weed |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Lobster meat - finely chopped |
Beat cheese and wine until smooth and creamy.
Blend in salts and dill; add lobster.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to mellow.
Serve with crackers.
