Linguine In Clam Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3   Garlic cloves - minced
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter - melted
1 teaspoon 5mlPepper
16 oz 454gSliced mushrooms - drained
8 oz 227gLinguine - cooked, drained
13 oz 369gClams - minced, drained
  Parmesan cheese - grated
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozParsley - fresh chopped

Recipe Instructions

Saute garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute.

Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper.

Heat thoroughly.

Pour over linguine and toss well.

Heat through and top with Parmesan cheese.
