Lemon Shrimp Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Shrimp - cooked |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Rice - cooked |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Sharp cheese - grated |
1 | Mushroom soup | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - chopped |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - chopped |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
Lemons |
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter. Add to shrimp mixture.
Put in flat casserole and completely cover top with sliced lemons.
Bake at 375F, covered, for about 20 minutes.
