Lemon Shrimp Casserole

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozShrimp - cooked
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozRice - cooked
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozSharp cheese - grated
1   Mushroom soup
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozGreen pepper - chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozGreen onion - chopped
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozCelery - chopped
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter
  Lemons

Recipe Instructions

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter. Add to shrimp mixture.

Put in flat casserole and completely cover top with sliced lemons.

Bake at 375F, covered, for about 20 minutes.
