Lemon Baked Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Flounder or haddock fillets - - fresh or frozen |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon rind - grated |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Rosemary |
Thaw frozen fish. Preheat oven to 350F (moderate).
Divide frozen fish into 6 servings. Place in single layer in a baking pan. Mix fat, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Pour over fish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
