1 1/2 cups | 60g / 2.1oz | Watercress leaves |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Torn arugula |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sliced strawberries |
1 | Red onion - thinly sliced | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fiddlehead ferns |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Apple-cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Grated orange rind |
In a large bowl, combine the watercress, arugula, strawberries, onions and ferns. Sprinkle with the vinegar, oil and orange rind. Toss to combine.
