1 1/2 cups 355mlTorn arugula
1 1/2 cups 355mlSliced strawberries
1   Red onion - thinly sliced
1/2 cup 118mlFiddlehead ferns
2 tablespoons 30mlApple-cider vinegar
1 teaspoon 5mlOlive oil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGrated orange rind

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the watercress, arugula, strawberries, onions and ferns. Sprinkle with the vinegar, oil and orange rind. Toss to combine.
