King Diablo For 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | King mackerel |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sherry |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
Drizzle sherry, lemon and mustard over fish and allow to marinate 20 minutes.
Grill 10 minutes, turning over once and basting often.
Serve on spinach leaves with lemon twist.
