Italian Baked Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Flounder or sole fillets |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Low-cal Italian dressing |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
Salt and pepper |
Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.
Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350F
Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
