Hot Artichoke Seafood Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Artichoke hearts - drained and finely | |
2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Freshly grated parmesan - cheese |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Fresh crab meat - drained |

1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Toasted almonds |
Assorted crackers |
Preheat oven to 350F
Liberally grease a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish.
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, and Tabasco sauce.
Mix well and spoon into the baking dish.
Top with almonds. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. Serve on crackers. F
