Hot Artichoke Seafood Salad

Serves: 4 people

Recipe Ingredients

1   Artichoke hearts - drained and finely
2 cups 474mlMayonnaise
2 cups 292g / 10ozFreshly grated parmesan - cheese
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozFresh crab meat - drained
  Picked through
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlTabasco sauce
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozToasted almonds
  Assorted crackers

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F

Liberally grease a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish.

Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, and Tabasco sauce.

Mix well and spoon into the baking dish.

Top with almonds. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. Serve on crackers. F
