Herbed Horseradish Sauce For Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Dannon plain low-fat or - nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Snipped fresh dill/cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated horseradish |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon or lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dijon mustard |
1 | White pepper |
In medium bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with grilled or poached fish.
Yield: enough for 1 pound of fish.
