Herbed Grilled Catfish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/3 teaspoons | 6.7ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground red pepper |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Catfish fillets |
Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Oregano | ||
Thyme |
Combine first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle mixture evenly on both sides of fillets.
Place fillets in a grilling basket coated with cooking spray.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400F).
Place basket on rack; grill, covered, 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Transfer to a serving platter. If desired, garnish with fresh oregano and thyme.
