Halibut Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Cooked - flaked halibut |
| 1 | Chicken bouillon cube | |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Boiling water |
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Soft bread crumbs |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Light cream |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated onion |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 | Eggs - beaten |
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Combine all ingredients.
Place in a well greased 9 1/2- by 2 3/4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until loaf is firm in the center.
