Nebraska-Style Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
8 cups | 1896ml | Potatoes (medium) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Skim milk |
8 oz | 227g | Fat-free cream cheese |
12 oz | 340g | Fat-free sour cream |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
Paprika - to taste |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Add milk, fat-free cream cheese, fat-free sour cream and garlic powder. Mash until smooth. Scoop into a casserole dish. Top with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
