Grilled Swordfish Steaks Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Swordfish steaks | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Teriyaki sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine - melted |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
Marinate fish 5 minutes per side in teriyaki sauce. Spray grill with a non-stick coating.
Grill fish over medium coals 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently with melted margarine.
Season with garlic powder. Check fish for flakiness when done.
