Grilled Salmon and Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Salmon fillets |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar - red wine |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Garlic salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Italian seasoning |
| 1 | Garlic clove - large, minced | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Water |
Mix all ingredients except salmon.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill 15 minutes per side for steak, 6 for fillet, brushing often with leftover marinade. Fish is done when internal temperature reaches 155F in thickest part of meat.
