Grandma's Salmon Patties

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlSalmon - boned
1 cup 198g / 7ozEgg (medium)
1 cup 237mlBread cubes - soft
1/2 cup 118mlMilk
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
  Paprika
1   Egg (medium)
  Cracker crumbs

Recipe Instructions

Combine salmon, egg, bread crumbs, milk, lemon juice, pepper and salt together in a bowl. Mix well until salmon mixture can be molded. Let stand in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and form patties from salmon mixture.

Dip patties into beaten egg and then into crushed saltine cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil until browned. Sprinkle with paprika for color and serve with lemon wedges.
