Lemony Sour Cream Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free sour cream |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon peel |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Vanilla |
Nutmeg - to taste |
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for several hours before serving. Use as a topping over fruit. Sprinkle with nutmeg when served.
This recipe yields twelve 2-tablespoon servings.
