1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
10 | Garlic cloves - sliced | |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Shrimp - large or medium |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add the garlic. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Peel and devein the shrimp; place in a large bowl. Pour the garlic mixture and lemon juice over; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
