2 tablespoons | 30ml | Capers - chopped, finely |
2 | Garlic cloves - smashed | |
8 tablespoons | 120ml | Bread crumbs |

22 oz | 625g | Fish filet |
Oil for frying |
1. Sprinkle fish with the lemon juice.
2. Mix breadcrumbs with capers, garlic and lemon peel, add salt and pepper.
3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it, then in the bread crumb mix until coated very good.
4. Heat oil and fry the fish crispy brown on both sides.
