Fish With Caper Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2   Lemons - juice and grated pee
2 tablespoons 30mlCapers - chopped, finely
2   Garlic cloves - smashed
8 tablespoons 120mlBread crumbs
  Salt
  Pepper
1   Egg
22 oz 625gFish filet
  Oil for frying

Recipe Instructions

1. Sprinkle fish with the lemon juice.

2. Mix breadcrumbs with capers, garlic and lemon peel, add salt and pepper.

3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it, then in the bread crumb mix until coated very good.

4. Heat oil and fry the fish crispy brown on both sides.
