Fish Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Chablis wine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Creole mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cayenne pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
Mix all ingredients together and stir well.
Use as a marinade.
Then as a basting sauce when you cook fish.
