Fish In Foil

Recipe Ingredients

2   Heavy duty foil
1 lb 454g / 16ozFish fillets - divided
3 tablespoons 45mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPaprika
4 oz 113gOnions; sliced - divided
1 teaspoon 5mlParsley - chopped
1 teaspoon 5mlChives - chopped
6 oz 170gPotatoes; peeled - cut, French style, divide
  Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons 10mlMargarine

Recipe Instructions

Place 1/2 of fish fillets on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika. Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each fillet. Combine parsley and chives.

Roll potato in parsley mixture. Arrange 1/2 potato sticks around each fillet. Season each with salt and pepper. Fold foil and secure tightly. Bake 325 deg. for 40 minutes. Open foil and dot each with 1 teaspoon margarine.

May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) This is an old WW recipe and should be adjusted according to today's weights etc.
