2 | Heavy duty foil | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fish fillets - divided |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
4 oz | 113g | Onions; sliced - divided |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parsley - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chives - chopped |
6 oz | 170g | Potatoes; peeled - cut, French style, divide |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Margarine |
Place 1/2 of fish fillets on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika. Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each fillet. Combine parsley and chives.
Roll potato in parsley mixture. Arrange 1/2 potato sticks around each fillet. Season each with salt and pepper. Fold foil and secure tightly. Bake 325 deg. for 40 minutes. Open foil and dot each with 1 teaspoon margarine.
May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) This is an old WW recipe and should be adjusted according to today's weights etc.
