Easy Shrimp Etouffee

Recipe Ingredients

1   Margarine
1   Bell pepper - chopped
1   Ro-tel tomatoes
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire sauce
  Garlic cloves - minced
1   Cream of mushroom soup
3   Onions - chopped (medium)
4   Celery - chopped
1/2   Lemon - juice of
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozParsley - chopped
2 lbs 908g / 32ozShrimp - peeled
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozGreen onion tops - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and tomatoes in margarine, covered, for two hours.

Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 more minutes. Serve over hot rice.
