1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Garlic cloves - minced | ||
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
3 | Onions - chopped (medium) | |
4 | Celery - chopped | |
1/2 | Lemon - juice of | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parsley - chopped |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Shrimp - peeled |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion tops - chopped |
Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and tomatoes in margarine, covered, for two hours.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 more minutes. Serve over hot rice.
