1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPrepared mustard

Recipe Instructions

Blend ingredients together. May also add pepper, garlic powder, chopped onion or chopped parsley for a different taste without changing caloric value.

This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups (twenty 2-tablespoon servings).
