Dill Tartar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Plain nonfat yogurt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped onion |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Peeled finely chopped cucumber |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried whole dillweed |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
Combine all ingredients and stir well.
Yield: 1/4 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
