Croaker Croquettes One

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Fish - flaked, cooked
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon juice
1 tablespoon	15ml	Onion - finely minced
1 tablespoon	15ml	Pimiento - finely minced
1 tablespoon	15ml	Green pepper - finely minced
1 cup	237ml	Thick white sauce
		Seasoning to taste

Recipe Instructions

Mix mixture thoroughly. Shape into balls or patties dip in egg prepared as for fillets, then in crumbs, and fry in deep fat at 365F Serve with tomato sauce.
