Creamy Tuna Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill weed - (opt) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
6 | Process American cheese | |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Minute original rice or - minute premium long |
Uncooked | ||
1 | Starkist tuna - drained | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh parsley - (opt) |
Bring water, milk, dill and salt to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add cheese; cook and stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in MINUTE Rice, STARKIST Tuna and parsley; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir.
