Grapes And Walnuts With Lemony Sour Cream Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlRed seedless grapes
1 1/2 cups 355mlGreen seedless grapes
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped walnuts
  Topping
1/2 cup 118mlFat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons 30mlPowdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGrated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlLemon juice
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlVanilla

Recipe Instructions

For the topping: In a small bowl, combine fat-free sour cream, powdered sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla. Cover and chill for several hours before serving.

Divide grapes equally among six stemmed dessert glasses or bowls. Add 2 tablespoons of lemony topping to each dish. Sprinkle each serving with 1/2 tablespoon of chopped walnuts. Serve.
