Crab Stuffing

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCrabmeat - fresh or frozen
1/3 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped celery
1/3 cup 78mlMelted fat
2 cups 292g / 10ozBread crumbs
3   Eggs - beaten
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozChopped green pepper
2   Garlic - fine chop
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped parsley
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Drain crabmeat. Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in fat until tender. Combine bread cubes, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, cooked vegetables and crabmeat. Mix well.

Fill crab shells with mixture, bake at 350F for about 30 minutes. This can be used as a casserole also.
